Myth or truth?

This is how recirculation works

Recycled water. It might sound a bit like something you don’t want to have in the shower. But what actually happens to the water when you select the LOOP function – and does it become clean enough to bathe in?

Myth: "You bathe in dirty water"

No. When the LOOP function is active, the bath water is collected from the shower floor and continuously cleaned, before being sent back through the shower. The water first passes a prefilter, then a microfilter and finally UV purification that eliminates 99.99% of bacteria.

So you bathe all the time in clean, filtered water, which is continuously cleaned with smart technology.

And you don’t share water with others: Flow Loop only recirculates water from the current shower session.

Myth: "You must recycle all the time"

Neither. You decide yourself when LOOP should be active. When you activate the LOOP function, a small amount of water collects on the floor. After this, the system begins to recirculate the water through the shower. The Flow Loop can also function as a regular shower, without recirculation.

It makes it easy to use the technology when you want to save water and energy – without changing your bathing habits.

Myth: "Water saving means low water pressure"

Not with Flow Loop. Where traditional water-saving shower heads often reduce the amount of water to save water, Flow Loop works in a different way. The hot bath water is recirculated, so you can get a high and stable water flow, while reducing the consumption of new water and energy for heating.

This means that you don’t have to choose between saving resources and comfort. When the water is recirculated, the system delivers up to 12 liters of water per minute through the shower. You get a steady, powerful jet of water, which makes it easy to rinse the shampoo out.

Recirculation is therefore not about using less water under the shower. It’s about using the same water smarter.
