The water is filtered, both in a coarse filter and a microfilter, and then UV illuminated – all in a continous loop. The water is therefore safe for normal shower routines.

Yes you can. By pressing a button you instantly control whether the shower is in recirculation mode or ordinary mode.

Installation of the LOOP shower is quick and easy. It takes 2 hours to install LOOP and Flow Loop does the installation for you. Before we arrive, simply ensure that there is access to electricity outside the bathroom.

The aim is that LOOP can be installed anywhere, but some shower niches are more suitable than others. To find out if LOOP can be installed at your place, try our installation check.

Loop require a minimum of maintenance, which you can perform as a part of the normal household cleaning. The filter needs to be changed once a month, and every second week a quick rinse process needs to be performed.

According to DS/HD 60364-7-701:2007 for electrical installations in wet rooms, is: 

  • The shower and shower panel approved for installation in Area 1. 
  • The power supply approved for installation in Area 2. 

24VDC (internally in the shower panel). 

The product meets the requirements for EU Excellent Bathing Water Quality 2006/7/ec. 

Filter 1: Pre-filter 400 μm. 

Filter 2: Microfilter 10 μm. 

Filter 3: UV light, 253 nm log 4-6 (removes ~99.99% of pathogenic bacteria). 

In the event of a UV light failure, recirculation cannot be activated.

LOOP is to be installed in individual shower niches in a frost-free enviroment.

LOOP must not be installed in water (wet room Area 0), and is therefore not suitable for installation in bathtubs, spas, or pools. 

LOOP may only be installed indoors and in a frost-free room. 

Power supply connects 180-264VAC – socket with earth connection is not required. Connected outside Area 0 and 1 for wet rooms. 

A 24VDC/10A cable is drawn between the power supply and the shower panel. 

The internal voltage of the Flow Loop shower panel is 24VDC. 

 A separate circuit breaker is recommended, but not required. 

 It must be possible to connect and disconnect the power to the shower panel at any time, e.g. in connection with service and repair.

Flow Loop requires individual drains for each shower. There must be no confluence of water between several shower cabins, as this will prevent control of the recirculation function.
